All items are prepared and delivered according to the order details you provide at checkout.
A delivery date must be selected during checkout. Orders cannot be processed without a selected delivery date.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
By providing your payment information, you authorize Stripe and your financial institution to process the transaction in accordance with their legal and security requirements.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed through Stripe. The timing of funds being returned to your account may vary depending on your bank and Stripe’s standard procedures.
Orders canceled within 48 hours of the delivery date are non-refundable.

Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the chosen delivery date and address.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Shebby’s Meatball is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your order, delivery, or product use.
